Alrinast 2.5 mg/5ml is an anti-allergic drug that relieves from symptoms of allergic reactions such as runny nose, itching, rash, red and watery eyes. It has a long lasting effect and it doesn’t make you drowsy. These symptoms are resolved throughout the day and help you to regain your normal daily activities and sleep.
Product description
Alrinast 2.5 mg/5ml contains desloratadine an antihistamine drug that fights allergic reactions and their symptoms. It is a non-sedating and long acting drug. Alrinast relieves symptoms such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, red or water eyes and symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis.
Indications
It is indicated for:
Treating allergic reaction and its symptoms.
Relieving symptoms such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, red or water eyes associated with allergic rhinitis.
Elimination of symptoms such as itching with urticaria, swelling and redness of the skin.
Instructions for use
Always read the leaflet of this medicine or consult with your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Children 6 to 11 months of age: 2 ml syrup once daily.
Children 1 to 5 years of age: 2.5 ml syrup once daily.
Children 6 to 11 years of age: 5 ml syrup once daily.
Adults and children 12 years and over: 10 ml syrup once daily.
Use the measuring spoon provided in the package to dose correctly.
Warning
DO NOT use Alrinast 2.5 mg/5ml:
If you have hypersensitivity to desloratadine, loratadine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine, especially the colorant sunset yellow FCF.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
In children under 6 months old.
Precautions:
Consult with your doctor before taking Alrinast 2.5 mg / 5 ml: If you suffer from renal impairment.
If you are currently taking or have recently taken any other medicines with or without a prescription.
If you are driving or using machinery.
Alrinast syrup contains sucrose and sorbitol and if you have been told by your doctor that you have intolerance for certain types of sugar, it is recommended to talk to your doctor.
