We ship many of our products worldwide. If you are ordering from outside Albania, follow this step-by-step guide for shipping, payment and tracking.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia. International customers should select International Payment at checkout.

If your order exceeds 1 kg, our team will contact you to confirm the updated shipping cost before payment.

At payment, international customers must select:

International Payment (PayPal / Bank Transfer / Western Union / MoneyGram)

Do not select COD if you are outside Albania/Kosovo/North Macedonia.

The checkout calculates shipping for parcels up to 1 kg. If your order is heavier, our team will contact you with the updated shipping cost and the exact total before payment.

Step 6 — Secure payment link

Our team will contact you via email or phone and send a secure payment link.

You can pay with PayPal or Debit/Credit card. Alternative methods are also available (Bank Transfer / Western Union / MoneyGram).

Step 7 — Order preparation (within 24 hours)

After payment, our pharmacists prepare your order within 24 hours, then we ship it to your address.

Step 8 — Tracking number

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package at any time.
