One vegetarian capsule typically provides a 275mg Magnifood blend, an 80mg digestive enzyme complex, FOS 35mg, larch tree arabinogalactan 25mg and five microflora strains. The plant blend includes fennel, ginger, burdock, rice bran, cardamom and artichoke. The strains are listed as plantarum, paracasei, rhamnosus, acidophilus/helveticus and Bifidobacterium lactis, with counts stated at manufacture. Contains traces of soya.

How to use

Adults: take one capsule with or at the start of a small meal, and one or two capsules with or at the start of a large meal. Do not exceed the labelled dose. Keep out of reach of children. Refrigerate after opening. Food supplements do not replace a varied diet. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with a history of stomach or duodenal ulcers, unless advised by a healthcare practitioner.
