Spazmotek Plus is a dual-action antispasmodic and analgesic medication, formulated to relieve painful smooth muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal, biliary, and urogenital tracts. By combining hyoscine-N-butylbromide (a muscarinic receptor blocker) and paracetamol (a well-known analgesic), Spazmotek Plus delivers fast and effective relief from abdominal cramping, menstrual pain, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms.

🔬 Active Ingredients (per tablet)

  • Hyoscine-N-butylbromide – 10 mg

  • Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) – 500 mg

💡 Indications

  • Spasms of the stomach, intestines, bile ducts, and urinary tract

📋 Recommended Dosage

  • Adults and adolescents ≥10 years:

    • Take 1–2 tablets up to 3 times daily

    • Do not exceed 6 tablets per day

    • Swallow whole with water; do not chew

⚠️ Contraindications

  • Known allergy to paracetamol or hyoscine-N-butylbromide

  • Glaucoma, megacolon, myasthenia gravis

  • Pregnancy and lactation

  • Children under 10 years
