Philips Avent Natural Response AirFree Bottle 260 ml Flow 3

Philips Avent Natural Response AirFree bottle, 260 ml, Flow 3

The Philips Avent SCY673/01 is a 260 ml Natural Response bottle supplied with an AirFree vent and a Flow 3 teat. Philips specifies this version for babies aged 3–6 months. Its Natural Response teat releases milk only when the baby actively drinks; when the baby pauses to swallow or breathe, the milk flow pauses too.

Designed around the baby's drinking rhythm

The wide, soft and flexible teat is designed to support a natural latch, and its breast-shaped form is intended to make combining breast and bottle feeding easier. The opening is designed to release milk only during feeding, helping prevent drips and lost milk. The ergonomic bottle is shaped for a comfortable grip at different angles. Philips describes the Natural Response teat as a soft silicone teat.

What the AirFree vent does

The AirFree vent is designed to keep air away from the milk and reduce air ingestion while the baby feeds in an upright position. Follow the Philips instructions for assembling and positioning the vent. The product is designed to help with common feeding issues; it is not a medical treatment or a guarantee that colic, gas or reflux will be prevented.

Inside the pack

• One Philips Avent Natural Response bottle, 260 ml / 9 oz
• One AirFree vent
• One Natural Response Flow 3 teat

Choosing a teat flow

Philips advises starting with the teat supplied and watching how the baby feeds. Consider a lower flow if milk leaks from the baby's mouth or the baby gulps. Consider a higher flow if the baby plays with the teat instead of drinking or seems frustrated. Babies develop at different rates, so the printed age range is a guide to this product version. If feeding difficulties persist, consult a healthcare professional.
