Nova Argentia Paracetamol 500 mg contains 500 mg paracetamol per tablet and is supplied in a blister pack of 30 tablets. Paracetamol is used for symptomatic relief of mild to moderate pain and fever. Use only according to the official patient leaflet or a healthcare professional.

Dosage and important safety

Swallow with water. Follow age- and weight-specific directions in the leaflet. The manufacturer leaflet states for adults: one tablet at a time, repeat if needed after at least four hours, up to six administrations (3,000 mg) in a day. Children and adolescents need weight-based dosing. Do not exceed the stated dose or take other products containing paracetamol. Avoid alcohol during treatment. Overdose can cause serious delayed liver damage: seek urgent medical help immediately, even if you feel well. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use with liver or kidney problems or G6PD deficiency.
