Rupafin Oral Solution 1mg/ml (120ml) by MIMS Malaysia is a pediatric antihistamine containing rupatadine, indicated for children aged 2 to 11 years. It provides effective relief from the symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as sneezing, nasal congestion, runny nose, and itchy eyes, as well as urticaria (hives) — a skin reaction characterized by redness, swelling, and intense itching.

Rupafin is non-sedating, fast-acting, and can be administered with or without food, making it convenient for everyday use in children with seasonal or perennial allergies.
