Frisk Arctic Omega-3 Pregnancy

A capsule formula for pregnancy and nursing, combining cod liver oil, omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, folate (Quatrefolic®) and vitamin D3.

Recommended daily amount: 1–2 capsules. Per 2 capsules: 1,000 mg fish oil, 240 mg omega-3 (113 mg DHA and 78 mg EPA), 500 µg folate and 15 µg vitamin D3. Ingredients include cod liver oil (fish), capsule shell (gelatin, glycerol and colourants), 5-MTHF glucosamine salt, vitamin D3 and mixed tocopherols.

Follow the label and discuss supplements with your midwife, doctor or pharmacist, especially if you use other products containing vitamin A or D. Do not exceed the recommended amount. Supplements do not replace a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Contains fish and gelatin.
