Frida Mom - Upside Down Peri Bottle 300 ml

Upside down peri bottle for postpartum rinsing

The upside down peri bottle is a squeezable bottle designed for gentle external rinsing after childbirth. Its angled nozzle directs water while the bottle is held inverted, and the 300 ml capacity provides room for a rinse between refills. Frida positions the bottle as the first step in its five-step postpartum recovery routine. Follow the package directions for filling, use and cleaning. Store it in the included waterproof bag when traveling or keeping it with other postpartum essentials.

About the peri bottle

The Frida Mom Upside Down Peri Bottle is a squeezable bottle designed for external perineal rinsing after childbirth. Its angled neck lets the bottle be held upside down so the stream can be directed toward the area while standing or sitting. The listed capacity is 300 ml, and this GoldFarmaci listing includes a storage pouch. The product is a rinse bottle; it does not contain a cleansing formula.

Fill and use it as shown in the instructions supplied with the product, then clean and dry it before storage. Do not substitute the directions on the package with assumptions about what can be added to the bottle. For another postpartum care item, view the Frida Mom Perineal Cooling Pad Liners. See Frida's official peri bottle page for the manufacturer's product information.
