Pack of 12 effervescent granule sachets for preparing a hot drink. Each sachet contains paracetamol 500 mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg and oxolamine citrate 100 mg. The manufacturer’s leaflet states it is for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older.

Use and precautions

Dissolve one sachet in about two-thirds of a glass of hot water and drink while warm. Follow the leaflet for the interval and maximum daily amount. Do not combine with other paracetamol, antihistamine or decongestant medicines without professional advice. Avoid alcohol and take care with activities requiring alertness because chlorpheniramine may cause drowsiness. Ask a professional if you have liver or kidney disease, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take other medicines.
