Seat105 i-Size car seat: height range and direction

The Seat105 i-Size car seat can be installed rear-facing from 40 to 105 cm. Chicco states forward-facing use from 76 cm and 15 months through 105 cm, with a maximum child weight of 19.5 kg. The manufacturer recommends keeping the child rear-facing for as long as possible within the approved range. Use the product only in the configurations shown in its current manual.

Rotating seat and recline positions

The Seat105 i-Size car seat rotates 90 degrees toward the parent to help place the child in the seat. Chicco’s Easy-Boarding system then allows the seat to return to the selected travel direction. Six recline positions are available in both directions. The Fast-Fit system keeps the shoulder straps open and the buckle hooks visible while positioning the child.

Newborn insert and fit

The modular newborn insert is required from 40 to 60 cm. From 61 to 75 cm it may be used for comfort, according to the manufacturer. The headrest adjusts through eight positions together with the five-point harness. The restraint installs using Isofix connectors and a support leg; check the vehicle compatibility list and indicators described in the manual for the correct installation.
