How to use BioNike Defence Body Scrub

Massage the scrub over damp skin using circular movements, then rinse thoroughly. For a more intense exfoliating effect, apply it to dry skin before rinsing. The manufacturer recommends using the scrub two to three times a week to prepare skin for later cosmetic treatments. If your skin is very sensitive, use it once a week and massage gently.
