Description
Lioton Gel is a topical anticoagulant treatment containing Heparin Sodium, used to relieve localized inflammation, reduce pain and swelling, and dissolve subcutaneous blood clots. It is commonly applied in the treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis, hematomas, and symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency, such as varicose veins, heavy legs, and edema.

Its gel-based formula allows for rapid absorption, cooling action, and localized therapeutic effect without systemic involvement.

Active Ingredient

How to Use

1. Clean and dry the affected area

2. Apply a thin layer of Lioton Gel to the area

3. Gently massage until fully absorbed

4. Wash hands after application (unless hands are being treated)

5. Use 2–3 times daily, or as directed by your doctor

• For external use only – do not apply on open wounds or mucous membranes

• Avoid sun exposure on treated area to prevent photosensitivity

• Do not use if you are allergic to heparin or parabens

• Use with caution in bleeding disorders or skin fragility

• Discontinue use and consult a doctor if rash, irritation, or swelling occurs

Contraindications

• Known hypersensitivity to heparin or excipients

• Bleeding disorders, thrombocytopenia, or hemorrhagic conditions

• Application on infected, open, or damaged skin
