amitamin Osteo forte is a 120-capsule food supplement providing calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin D, zinc and manganese. The daily serving of 2 capsules provides calcium 480 mg, magnesium 150 mg, vitamin C 40 mg, vitamin K 75 µg, vitamin D 20 µg, zinc 4 mg and manganese 2 mg.

Full ingredients: calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), L-ascorbic acid, menaquinone-7, zinc gluconate, manganese gluconate and cholecalciferol.

Take 2 capsules daily before or during a meal with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
