How to Use:

1. Position the Cuff: Place the cuff on the upper arm, about 1-2 cm above the elbow.

2. Inflate the Cuff: Inflate the cuff manually using the bulb until the pressure is about 20-30 mmHg above the expected systolic pressure.

3. Use the Stethoscope: Place the stethoscope's diaphragm over the brachial artery, just below the cuff.

4. Deflate the Cuff: Slowly deflate the cuff while listening for the first sound (systolic pressure) and the disappearance of the sound (diastolic pressure).
