The OMRON M2 Essential is a clinically validated automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor designed for simple, reliable and comfortable blood pressure monitoring at home. Its one-button operation makes it easy to use, while IntelliSense™ technology automatically controls cuff inflation for a comfortable measurement without applying unnecessary pressure.

The monitor features irregular heartbeat detection, body movement detection and a Cuff Wrap Guide to help ensure the cuff is positioned correctly and measurements are taken accurately. It can store up to 30 blood pressure readings, making it convenient for tracking measurements over time.

The M2 Essential is supplied with an OMRON Soft ML Cuff, suitable for an upper-arm circumference of 22–32 cm.

💡 How to Use

1. Sit quietly for a few minutes before taking the measurement.
2. Place the cuff around the upper arm, following the positioning instructions.
3. Make sure the cuff is correctly fitted and your arm is supported at approximately heart level.
4. Press the START/STOP button.
5. Remain still and avoid talking while the monitor takes the measurement.
6. Record or review the result after the measurement is complete.
7. For consistent monitoring, try to measure at approximately the same times each day.
