Concentrated fish oil capsules providing 1,040 mg omega-3 fatty acids per capsule, including EPA and DHA. The soft capsule is flavoured with natural sweet orange oil and includes vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) to help protect the oil.

Each capsule provides: fish oil concentrate 1,300 mg; omega-3 fatty acids 1,040 mg, including EPA 715 mg and DHA 286 mg.

Suggested use: If eating two portions of oily fish weekly, take 1 capsule daily. If eating little or no oily fish, take 2–3 capsules daily with a meal.
