Lamberts Natural Beta Carotene provides 15 mg of mixed carotenoids from Dunaliella salina algae per capsule. The blend includes 14.6 mg beta-carotene, plus lutein and zeaxanthin. The body can convert beta-carotene to vitamin A as needed. Pack of 90 capsules.

Directions
