A citrus-flavoured magnesium citrate powder with a scoop included. One 5.5 g adult serving supplies 375 mg of elemental magnesium. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, maintenance of normal bones, and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
