Lamberts Green Tea provides 500 mg of green tea extract per tablet, equivalent to 5,000 mg of green tea leaf. Each tablet provides 250 mg of polyphenols. The extract is standardized to contain 4–7% EGCG.

Directions

Adults: take 1–2 tablets daily with a meal.
