Lamberts FOS is a soluble prebiotic fibre powder made from chicory-root fructo-oligosaccharides. It provides 95 g of carbohydrates per 100 g, from fructo-oligosaccharides.

Pack size: 500 g

Suggested use: Adults: begin with 5 g and increase to 10–20 g daily as tolerated. Children aged 4 years and over: begin with 2.5 g and increase to 5–10 g daily. Follow the product label and seek professional advice where appropriate.
