Lamberts Flax Seed Oil 1000 mg is a cold-pressed, plant-based source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Each capsule provides 1,000 mg flaxseed oil, including 680 mg alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), 122 mg linoleic acid (LA), and 2 mg vitamin E.

Vitamin E helps protect the oil from oxidation. ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels when consumed as part of a daily intake of 2 g ALA.

Directions

Take 1 to 3 capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
