Lamberts Chromium Complex is a one-a-day mineral and vitamin supplement in a 60-tablet pack. Each tablet provides 200µg chromium as chromium picolinate, together with vitamin C, vitamins B1, B3 and B6, magnesium, zinc and copper. The formula is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
