Product details

Preparation H ointment contains Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell extract (1.08 g per 100 g of ointment). This 50 g tube is indicated in its product leaflet for uncomplicated internal or external haemorrhoids and anal fissures.

The ointment also contains shark liver oil, white petrolatum, light mineral oil, lanolin and other ingredients. Check the package leaflet for the complete formula and suitability, especially if you have an allergy to any ingredient.

How to use

Use only as directed in the leaflet. The tube is supplied for local use; use the applicator as described for rectal application. Do not exceed the recommended amount or continue treatment for a prolonged period without medical advice.
