Magne D’Oro Direct x20 sachets is a combination of 2 magnesium salts - magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide, which provide the optimal daily amount of magnesium for the body.

Magnesium citrate has an extremely high degree of absorption by the body even at low concentrations. It is more completely absorbed than other magnesium compounds. Harmless even in case of overdose, as the body self-regulates its absorption.
