Propolaid Balsamic Syrup is ESI’s 200 ml food supplement with propolis, echinacea, honey and balsamic herbs. ESI describes the syrup as helping promote the elimination of excess mucus and support respiratory tract wellbeing. The formula includes marshmallow, linden, mullein, red poppy, helichrysum, fennel, thyme and pine.

Ingredients in Propolaid Balsamic Syrup

For the daily dose, ESI lists 80 mg of propolis liquid extract, 50 mg each of marshmallow and linden liquid extracts, 30 mg red poppy liquid extract, 25 mg mullein liquid extract, 20 mg each of Echinacea angustifolia and helichrysum extracts, plus 10 mg mugo pine oil, 3.5 mg red thyme oil and 1.5 mg fennel oil.

How to use the Propolaid syrup
