Doppelherz Vital Materna Plus is a supplement for pregnancy planning, pregnancy and breastfeeding. The 30-capsule formula lists folic acid, iron, iodine, vitamins, minerals and DHA-containing fish oil. It contains fish, soy and bovine gelatin.
