How to use the Comfort Mat Liquid Lipstick

Apply the liquid lipstick directly to clean lips, either alone or over lips outlined with a lip pencil. Apply evenly and allow the matte finish to set. For external use only; avoid contact with the eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
