Alopexy 5%

Description:
Alopexy 5% is a solution for cutaneous application indicated for the treatment of moderate androgenetic alopecia in men. It contains Minoxidil (5%), an active substance that stimulates hair growth and helps slow down hair loss.

This treatment is intended exclusively for men due to the higher risk of unwanted hair growth (hypertrichosis) in women.

Therapeutic Indications:

• Moderate hair loss of androgenetic origin in men

• Not recommended for women

Dosage & Method of Use:

• Apply 1 ml twice daily (morning and evening) directly to the affected scalp area.

• Treatment should be applied on healthy, dry scalp only.

• Wash hands before and after application.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Precautions & Warnings:

• For external use only.

• Do not use if allergic to Minoxidil or any of the excipients.

• Avoid use if you have scalp lesions, sudden or patchy hair loss, or unknown causes of hair loss.

• Consult a doctor if you have cardiovascular conditions before starting treatment.

• Keep away from flames – contains ethanol, flammable.

• Not to be used by women, children, or elderly (>65 years).

• In case of side effects (irritation, chest pain, swelling, dizziness), stop use and consult a doctor immediately.

Possible Side Effects:

• Common: irritation, itching, redness, dermatitis, headache, local skin reactions

• Very common: hypertrichosis (unwanted hair growth)

• Rare: cardiovascular symptoms (palpitations, edema, dizziness)
