💡 How to Use

• Adults and children over 12 years: Take 3 tablets before the two main meals.

• Children aged 8 to 12 years: Take 2 tablets before the two main meals.

• Swallow each tablet with a large glass of water, one at a time.

• For those with swallowing difficulties, dissolve the tablets in warm water or unsweetened herbal tea, stirring until completely dissolved. Consume immediately before the gel forms.

• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

• Maintain a 2-hour interval between taking Libramed and any medications or vitamin supplements.
