Green Child Vitamin D3 is a vegan supplement formulated for children aged 4–12 years. Each vegetarian capsule provides 400 IU (10 μg) vitamin D3 from lichen with a 225 mg Magnifood Complex.

• Vitamin D3 (vegan cholecalciferol from lichen): 400 IU (10 μg).
• Magnifood Complex: 225 mg, including stabilized rice bran solubles 100 mg, organic fresh freeze-dried coriander leaf 50 mg, organic pumpkin seed 50 mg and organic fresh freeze-dried spirulina 25 mg.

The capsule shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. The manufacturer states that this product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and contains no wheat, soya, yeast, dairy, gelatine, animal ingredients, additives, added sugar, colours, flavours or preservatives.

How to use
