📖 How to Use

1. Sit comfortably and rest for at least 5 minutes before measuring.
2. Place the cuff around the upper left arm, approximately 1–2 cm above the elbow.
3. Position the stethoscope diaphragm over the brachial artery beneath the cuff.
4. Close the air valve and inflate the cuff until it reaches approximately 30 mmHg above the expected systolic pressure.
5. Slowly release the air while listening through the stethoscope.
6. The first heartbeat heard indicates the systolic blood pressure.
7. Continue releasing the pressure until the heartbeat disappears. The point where the sound disappears indicates the diastolic blood pressure.
