📖 How to Use
- Sit comfortably and rest for at least 5 minutes before measuring.
- Place the cuff around the upper left arm, approximately 1–2 cm above the elbow.
- Position the stethoscope diaphragm over the brachial artery beneath the cuff.
- Close the air valve and inflate the cuff until it reaches approximately 30 mmHg above the expected systolic pressure.
- Slowly release the air while listening through the stethoscope.
- The first heartbeat heard indicates the systolic blood pressure.
- Continue releasing the pressure until the heartbeat disappears. The point where the sound disappears indicates the diastolic blood pressure.
