How to Use

Prepare with sterile or distilled water, or water that has been boiled and cooled to lukewarm. Use the sachet quantity and bottle fill level specified in the leaflet. Lean over a sink and rinse gently as directed; never force flow through a blocked nose. Clean and air-dry the bottle after use. Seek medical advice before use after nasal surgery.
