La Roche-Posay Effaclar K+ 40 ml is a daily renewing moisturiser for oily and blemish-prone skin with recurrent blackheads. Formulated with salicylic acid, LHA and an antioxidant anti-sebum complex, it helps unclog pores, smooth uneven texture and control shine.
