Bottle preparation:

1. Prepare a milk bottle (breast or infant) as usual.
2. Add the recommended amount of cereal in the dosing table.
3. For a good dissolution, roll the bottle between your hands first, then shake it vertically. The bottle is ready.
4. Check the temperature and have your baby consume immediately.
   

Preparation for the plate:

1. Prepare 120 ml of milk plus 120 ml of water (boiled and cooled at about 50°C) in a shallow plate as usual.
2. Add 4 tablespoons (about 7 g) of cereal.
3. Mix and let stand for about 1 minute until the desired consistency is obtained. It is ready.
4. Check the temperature and have your baby consume immediately.
   

Ingredients: Made with 45% organic banana, wholemeal wheat flour, wholemeal barley flour, wholemeal rye flour, and 0.6% organic cocoa powder. It also contains Vitamin B1 to support energy metabolism.
