How to Use
Take 1 pocket drink (10 ml) daily, either directly or diluted in a small amount of liquid.

Iron 2.8 mg; freeze-dried royal jelly 333.3 mg, equivalent to 1,000 mg fresh royal jelly; pollen extract 100 mg; acerola extract 100 mg; bilberry juice concentrate 250 mg; chestnut honey 400 mg.
