ESI Le Dieci Erbe Psillio 20 Sachets is a dietary supplement based on psyllium, prune and selected plant extracts with a prune flavour. Daily Composition

Per maximum daily dose: psyllium seed husk powder 12.3 g; prune concentrate 690 mg; ash leaf powder 345 mg; mallow leaf powder 330 mg; marshmallow root powder 330 mg; lemon balm leaf powder 150 mg; dandelion root powder 150 mg; artichoke leaf powder 150 mg; cinnamon bark powder 150 mg; fennel fruit powder 90 mg.

How to Use

Take 1 to 3 sachets during the day, preferably between meals. Pour one sachet into a large glass, add approximately 150 ml of still water and stir well for a few seconds. Drink promptly and maintain adequate water intake throughout the day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not take at the same time as medicines or other supplements. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
