Magnesium oxide, gelatin capsule shell, uridine-5-monophosphate sodium salt, Panax ginseng extract, nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, folic acid, cyanocobalamin and colour E171 (titanium dioxide). Contains gelatin.
