Key Ingredients
Each sachet: paracetamol 500mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 4mg and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 60mg.
How to Use
Dissolve one sachet in 160ml hot water. Allow it to cool enough to drink safely. Leave at least six hours between doses; maximum four sachets in 24 hours. Read the leaflet before use. Do not combine with other paracetamol or decongestant medicines. Avoid alcohol; may cause drowsiness. Under 12s, pregnancy or breastfeeding require medical advice. Contraindications and interactions include severe liver/kidney disease, cardiovascular disease or hypertension, glaucoma, hyperthyroidism, diabetes and MAO inhibitors used within the last 14 days. Ask a pharmacist about suitability and other medicines. Seek medical advice for persistent or worsening symptoms and urgent help after an overdose, even if you feel well.
