o.b. ProComfort Normal tampons are designed for days with moderate to heavier menstrual flow. The SilkTouch™ cover and Dynamic Fit™ technology with interlocking grooves are designed to support comfortable insertion and reliable protection. Choose an 8- or 16-tampon pack from the available product variants.

Choosing and using o.b. ProComfort Normal

Flow changes during a period, so match absorbency to your needs and use the lowest absorbency that works. Wash your hands before and after use and follow the instructions in the pack. Change the tampon regularly every 4 to 8 hours and do not leave it in for more than 8 hours. Remove one tampon before inserting another, and remember to remove the last tampon at the end of your period. Do not flush it.

Tampon use has been associated with rare toxic shock syndrome (TSS). Read the package leaflet. If you suddenly feel very unwell during your period, especially with a high fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or a rash, remove the tampon and seek urgent medical advice.
