o.b. ProComfort Mini tampons for light to moderate flow

These o.b. ProComfort Mini tampons are designed for lighter menstrual flow and may suit people who are new to tampons. The product uses a smooth SilkTouch™ cover and Dynamic Fit™ technology with interlocking grooves, designed to support comfortable insertion and fluid distribution. Choose the pack size shown in the variant selector: 8 or 16 tampons.

Choosing and using o.b. ProComfort Mini

Match tampon absorbency to your flow and use the lowest absorbency that meets your needs. Wash your hands before and after use and follow the instructions in the pack. Change the tampon regularly every 4 to 8 hours; do not leave it in for more than 8 hours. Remove one tampon before inserting another, and remove the last tampon at the end of your period. Do not flush it.

Tampon use has been associated with rare toxic shock syndrome (TSS). Read the package leaflet. If you suddenly feel very unwell during your period, especially with a high fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or a rash, remove the tampon and seek urgent medical advice.
